Ukrainian investigators say they are examining 300 cases of tourure in Kherson. They have found cellars where civilians were starved, beaten and given electric shocks during Russia's eight month occupation.
The shelling came as many Ukrainians were starting their Christmas celebrations on Saturday, a day which marks 10 months since the start of the Russian invasion.
